Our goal is to elevate the value of water operators, shining a light on the critical role they play in maintaining public health and safety. through community building and education, Water WarPath fosters a network of professionals who can share insights, support one another, and collectively bring positive reform and change to our industry. Together, we aim to not only improve individual careers but also drive systemic change that our industry needs. Water is the most important of all utilities in our country, its one that our society could not function without. Without clean water, communities would crumble, people would succumb to dehydration and illnesses. Water operators are the unsung heroes of our society.  That is why we created Water WarPath, to give the proper recognition and advocate for a better dynamic and fair wage structures for ALL water operators in our country.
